2001 Training Calendar
Please take note that for 2001, we will have three (3) training venues in order to reach as many members as possible. SBA Entrepreneur Center (SFO)

6th floor, San Francisco Class location will be identified by the initials for each location. All classes, unless otherwise noted, will be held from 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. Fees for the training sessions go to cover materials and breaks. Unless specifically noted, training fees for 2001 are as follows:

SBA Lending 101 - Application and Authorization Target: Lenders expanding their SBA program beyond the occasional loan. New staff of GP and CLP Lenders. Training on the Wizard is included in this session. |

Business Valuation - A Market Perspective Target: Lenders that finance Business Acquisitions. Presenter is Gary Allen. Fee for the course is $75 for BAAGGL members and $85 for Non-members. A 60 page manual to be provided will be the focus of the course. Course will run from 9:00a.m. to 5:00p.m. Lunch will be provided. |

Understanding the SOP 50-10 Target: All lenders interested in brushing up on the SBA Bible! Includes Revision E. Presenter is Kent Moor from NAGGL. Fee for this course is $200 for BAAGGL members and $210 for Non-Members. A current SOP 50-10, text book and slide notes will be provided. Course will run from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00p.m. with lunch included. |

Topics include: SBA Department plan preparation, developing policies and procedures, modes of operational structure, personnel issues, creating a marketing plan, loan production and marketing strategies. Presenter is Joanna R. Bruno. Fee for this course is $45 for BAAGGL Members and $55 for Non-Members. Course will run from 9:00a.m. to 5:00p.m. Lunch Provided. |

SBA Financial Analysis Target: Lenders involved in the underwriting process. Presenter is Kent Moon from NAGGL. Fee for this course is $170 for BAAGGL members and $180 for Non-Members. Topics covered include: the tools of financial statement analysis, analysis of repayment ability, working capital, equity contribution, affiliation, change of ownership situations, debt repayment, collateral and start ups. Course will run from 9:00a.m. to 5:00p.m. Lunch Provided. |
