Since 1982 Wayne Evans has provided both lenders and borrowers with expertise in government financing. SBL formed in 1987 offering loan packaging and consulting to lenders and borrowers. As an SBA consultant, Wayne was a consultant to the start up of several SBA departments.

Asian Bank, Fremont Bank, Cupertino National Bank, San Jose National Bank, San Benito Bank and Wells Fargo Bank. Prepared over 100 Wells Fargo SBA loan packages and provided documentation audits up to their first PLP audit. 

Nominated three times for SBA Financial Service Advocate of the year. San Francisco Small Business Administration.

In 1991 Wayne Evans semi retired to San Luis Obispo county. Semi retired is defined as only works a half a day on Fridays and can work out of a home office, if so desires.  That explains an occasional barking dog in the back ground.

 Wayne Evans was a political science major and attended law school in Berkeley before becoming involved with SBA.  After serving in the military he spent 15 years with Transamerica Financial Corp
